Attention to Incoming Mevlana Exchange Students;

You may come latest on 22 September 2014 for registration.

There is no opportunity to welcome students in the airport. It is possible to use public transport to reach our university.

We sent the list of student to Higher Education Council for dormitory reservation. However, there is no clear information about when rooms will be allocated for Mevlana students. If you do not have an accommodation plan or alternative we advise you to wait for our announcement about the dormitories. If you come before dorms are definite; you have to arrange your accommodation on your own. The dorm fees may vary but it is below 200TL. For more info www.kyk.gov.tr

Student Affairs observed that some course codes are wrong on your Learning Protocols. To correct them; please check your course codes from http://akts.hacettepe.edu.tr/programlar.php?program_duzey=2&submenuheader=1 , choose your department and click D.8 Öğretim Programı from the menu on the left. If you have not posted the originals of your learning protocols, please bring them 3 signed copies to our office.

The first thing you should do will be get registered in the Student Affairs office. Student Affairs Office is in Beytepe Campus, Rectorate Building, 1^st floor. You have to fill this form on computer before you come, send one electronic copy to mevlana@hacettepe.edu.tr and take a print out for registration. You cannot register if you do not fill this form.

All students are obliged to have a health insurance valid in Turkey before they come here.
